Where is the Macro Header?

I am trying to start up a campaign, and a problem I have is that I do not have access to macros: in the help you can see the word Macro and to its right a button with +Add on it. Well, I do not have this on my My_Settings tab. On the top of my My_Settings tab it says: Typing #name in Chat performs macro. Click to edit existing macros Name Show macro quick bar? So the title that should be just above, is not there. There is a title saying Decks with its +Add button underneath the above snippet, and this button is working, but I don't need Decks. All other buttons on this tab work fine too: I can Re-enter as player, or change my screen name, for instance. It looks as if the top line justs went missing or something. I run an up-to-date Windows 7 and Firefox 17.0.1. Anyone have any ideaas what might be going on?
And some additional info: what happens is that the tabs header with the Chat, Art, Handouts... icons somehow covers the Macros line, including the +Add button. When using 'inspect element', and then 'delete node', the top tab header is removed, and I can see the Macro title without problems. It looks like at startup the tab header is forced to double height because of the icons wrapping over to the next line, and after that the tab header remains two lines high. I experience the same thing in the handouts tab: the title for Character is not visible. However, at the far right, I can see the very edge of the +Add button for characters, and I can add characters without too much trouble. But it is the same thing in all the tabs, including chat, music and art.
And solved: apparently when you set Text Only Zoom in Firefox, the Icons feel they shold zoom too, and because they get bigger, they wrap to the next line. Since Roll20 does not save your chat column width, it keeps reloading with the wrapping icons. And since it does not resize when you make the column wider, there is no way out. Except resetting the zoom factor in Firefox :) It is working now, continuing the exploration :)

Ah ha! That's some mighty fine sleuthing work, Rudy! :) Probably would have taken a while to field a back-and-forth tech support to realize you were using the ui zoom on my end.
Where do I find how to reset the zoom factor in Firefox? I'm having the same problem, and I'm working through trying to resolve it. Thank you

For Firefox: To reset size back to normal, press and hold Ctrl while pressing 0.
