Summing Total In A Roll Template Help

Hello Community, I'm playing around with a Roll template to make it easier for our GM to read the rolls in the chat log. I have created the following and it looks nice and compact except that I'd like a sum at the end of the string. We're using Dragon age so it's important to show the individual d6. Can anyone help me with a sum? HEre is the macro: &{template:default} {{name=Initiative}} {{roll= #dd +@{Tamreal|Dexterity} +@{Tamreal|Dex_Focus} }} Thanks in advance!

Hi, Kris C. You'll want to use an Inline Dice Roll to handle your roll formula.

Oops I forgot the macro was still in there. #dd = [[1d6]]+[[1d6]]+[[1d6]]

You can't sum them as separate rolls like that.

Try this: &{template:default} {{name=Initiative}} {{roll=[[ 3d6 +@{Tamreal|Dexterity} +@{Tamreal|Dex_Focus} ]]}}

I tried the modified code and it does indeed total but I was hoping that it would show the individual dice numbers without using the mouseover e.g. Initiative Roll: 5 + 4 + 2 + 2 = 13 As HB pointed out it doesn't look like this is possible yet. Thank you again for the help.

There are ways to do that with the API though. But that requires a Pro level subscription.
