I think it would be very useful if every time a GM set the time for the game, everyone who is a part of that game receive a notification to their email address, confirming the time. Scheduling can be difficult, so having a time everyone agrees on and has been confirmed, can greatly minimize confusion. I know there are some websites who offer something similar (whenisgood.net comes to mind) but having it built-in the game would make it much easier.
