map background only showing for gm not players

Hey, i have uploaded a picture i use as a map background but my players don't see it. I see it in gm mode but not in player mode. Just the white grid no picture.

Just tested a new game with the player joined and inserting the same background and this time it all worked. No clue wat is different though but it works in the new game. Thanks for the help.
