Good news Chris, as a Pro subscriber, you or any Players in games you created, can trigger FX with the /fx Macro commands. Here is another thread with the FX macros that I implemented in my game so far, I enabled them as Token Actions with Visibility:All Players, and these last 2-3 weeks my Players have been using them. So, if you can code macros --- without coding API or coding "custom" FX --- you should be able to make easy macros for the certain list of built-in effects.
