Edit: Also not opposed to running this in Pathfinder. Edit: LF DM to run this. Is there any interest in this campaign setting? The Dark Sun world is a very harsh, hostile world. Magic is NOT commonplace, and most wizards are feared or at least "watched". Metals are quite rare (meaning, no giant 2-handed swords, friends). Psions are more commonplace than typical D&D. There are no true deities, but rather the sorcerer-kings grant power that is sometimes considered "divine". The concept of "Survival of the Fittest" is probably the paramount mantra that fits this campaign, as food and water and other basic resources are scare in a world that has harsh weather, is mostly wasteland, and lacks as much "life" (greenery, water, etc.) as the typical D&D settings. Here's an adaption of the Dark Sun PHB for 5th Edtion by Gabriel Zenon Wach: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4jZ_-uYQxf8XzFpX... c ampaign setting resources (various authors/adaptors, some unknown) : https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B8eqcDznen... I have always liked the concept of this world. It's a spin on the traditional D&D formula that is quite interesting.
