Usually, people will stream their game via Twitch to allow others to watch it.  I don't know much about how that is done, but I know that it isn't terribly difficult to get it going in the basic sense.
Thank you, I know about twitch but now sure how to do it with just a laptop?
Best thing would be to look at Twitch and OBS. I just messed around with it and had a stream up and running in less than five minutes.

If you are asking about just watching a stream then just go to twitchtv and select the stream. There are groups that post announcements in this forum about their game broadcast. If you are asking about how to stream, you first have to find the program you like. We have a  live streaming page with software information. Any help you require for your chosen software will have to come from that software's forum for they are more setup to help you with it. After chosing your method of streaming, you recruit for your game and run it with the video streaming software running. I have obs on my laptop and it runs fine. Just make sure you and everyone in the group has headsets or uses head phones if they have a separate mic otherwise you will be getting a feedback squeal or echo.
