SRD drop targets don't respect z-order

Steps to reproduce: Open a character sheet that supports SRD drag and drop. Ensure that a large drop target is available - e.g. for a monster Open another character sheet in the same campaign. Also ensure large drop target is available. Place both sheets over each other Drag a monster from the SRD onto the top character sheet Expected behaviour: Only the top character sheet will receive the dropped monster Actual behaviour: All sheets under the cursor, irrespective of z-order, will receive the dropped monster Fortunately I discovered this in a test campaign, but I could see this causing someone a whole lot of grief if it happened with a character sheet they'd put a lot of work into!

Thank you for pointing this out Lucian. I was easily able to recreate this issue, thanks for the clear steps. I've logged it on our bug list and someone will take a look at it as soon as they get a chance.
