Can you delegate/restrict token bar views?

Good day, all! Per the usual, tried searching for the info but came up with naught. For a game I'm working with, I'm trying to find a way to reveal the health bars of tokens, but only to a single player. I don't want to give edit permissions, if I can avoid it, just the ability to see that little red bar. Can anyone think of a way to achieve this? Even if edit permissions need to be given, can I still restrict health bar view from one player but give it to another? Thanks in advance for any attempts at help!

Hi Proto , your options for Bar-seeing permissions are on the Advanced tab of the Token itself. &nbsp;The 2 built-in options are "See" (lets all players see the bars that are in-use), or "Edit" (lets the players who have controlling/editing permission of that token, to see the bars of that token). The answer where you asked if edit permissions need to be given, Yes, you can restrict the health bar view to the players of your choice but they would have Editing power at that point. On the edit tab checkmark to allow "Bars :: Edit", then on the main tab of the token give Editing permission to certain player(s), finally put numbers in 1 of the bars. &nbsp; There may be other workarounds for this (a way to confine what players can do with Edit permission?), if anyone else has an idea for Proto.

Well, good to know, and thanks Gold! I've got a day or so yet to linger for more options. Granting one character the ability to see health bars above people is trickier than I thought, eh? How you mention that the tab has the check-boxes for View / Edit? That was my first go-to. Was hoping it would let me determine which characters can view it. Oh well. I know the player won't mess with stuff, so that's not a worry. Still open to suggestions if anyone has any.

I guess View could be called "All players can see it" and Edit could be called "Selected players can see it but those players could also edit it". So since you know the player won't mess with stuff, right now your best bet is UNCHECK "View" and Checkmark "Edit" and give that player Control/Editing of that token. The question remains open if anyone else has another way.
