Dynamic Lighting For One Player Not Working

So the dynamic lighting as been working for all my players the past few weeks. We had a new player join and it doesn't work for only him. 

I'm sorry to hear that your player is having issues with the site.  Could you describe what nature of "doesn't work" your player is experiencing? As in, is the player seeing things he shouldn't? Or is he not seeing things he should? Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have him thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from loading the gametable through the first failure of dynamic lighting!) Thank you!

Yes he is seeing the whole map (as if there was no dynamic lighting present). I will have him try these steps! Thank you.

Seeing the whole map is generally a wrong-browser or painfully slow internet issue, but we'll see what the troubleshooting steps show.  :)

Yes, his internet was just being slow xD. Once his internet got better it loaded properly.
