So I started out with a set of five tokens on the screen. Four of the tokens I copy/pasted from a different page, one I pulled from my library onto the screen. Of those, only the one I pulled from the library showed up for my player. I made screenshots just to show the screen--the one with only a wizard is her screen, the one with all the tokens is mine. I'm using the most recent version of Firefox on a Windows 7 machine.
Edited to add: Reimporting the tokens allowed her to see one additional one. Exiting and re-entering the program allowed her to see all of them.
