Stuck on Loading Screen

Hello, Details: I tried to go on roll20 today, but was unable to as the game simply became stuck on the loading screen. I am also unable to connect toany of the other games I have. Several people have confirmed that they are able to connect to the game themselves. I have attempted to restart my computer, reset my modem, clear my cache, disable add-ons, try a different computer and try to access the game after disabling my antivirus software. Steps to Reproduce the Problem To reproduce the error I simply need to log in and attempt to play a game. Description of Setup Windows 10, Google Chrome, Javascript is enabled, AVG antivirus. Extensions: Google Docs, Google Docs Offline.

Thank you. It looks like you're experiencing issues connecting to Firebase, which hosts Roll20 game data. If it times out, you're definitely having issues connecting to Firebase.

I'll add this, quoting Phil of the Roll20 Dev Team : If this is happening then, there really isn't anything I can do about it. It's an issue with your ISP, or even their ISP. Basically somewhere on the internet between you are firebase someone is blocking the connection. If you are not able to set up a free VPN, then your next option would be to call your ISP and tell them that you cannot connect to firebase, a web host. Other than that you're only options are to wait, and maybe it will get fixed by them eventually or to play from a different connection like at a coffee shop.

It times out. This site can’t be reached roll20-1.firebaseio.com ’s server DNS address could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN Any suggestions to fix this?
