Polygons pasted into Dynamic Lighting Layer

Polygons created on the Token Layer and then rotated do not paste in their new rotation to the Dynamic Lighting layer even though visually they do.  It also begs the question why there is no rotation on the Dynamic Lighting Layer. Steps to recreate: Create polygon on Token Layer. Rotate it any number of degrees. Copy polygon. Switch to Dyanmic Lighting Layer. Paste polygon. Return to Token Layer. Create token with sight and giving off light (purpose is to test Dynamic Lighting) Once token is selected, hit Ctrl + L to see it's view from it's visibility/light. Observe that Dynamic Lighting does not use the rotated polygon, only the original orientation at creation on the Token Layer.

The lighting system is pretty complicated and can be very processor heavy, especially since it's running in a browser that isn't optimized for that sort of thing. Being able to freely rotate a light-wall would add a ton of complexity and processor load to the system, the same reason you can't draw circles with the light-wall tool. I'll add a bug for the wall appearing to be rotated, but not actually being rotated, since that is definitely not the desired functionality. If anything it should snap back to the original, what you see with the actual light system anyways, when you drop it to the light layer. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the explanation and creating a bug.
