Sound problems today

Our group seems to be experiencing a lot of sound problems today. Anyone else running into this?

Sunday evening (18:00-22:00 EDT) we had constant problems. On Saturday night  my Canadian players could not get a stable connection at all.

Was this a one-time issue, you've never had this issue before until the other night? Are you still having issues with it? Our chat service, OpenTok, may have been having network issues if this only happened this one time over the weekend. If you're still having issues now, we can look into it. I'll need you to copy and paste your console log here from when you are having these network issues. 

I think this was more of a one-time thing. I've seen issues before here and there but at the time everyone kept dropping in and out of the game over and over for a period of about 30 minutes until we changed to hangouts for sound. I haven't seen the issue since.

If it was just a one-time thing, then I'm going to chalk it up to being network issues with our AV service, which can happen every now and then. There really isn't much we can do about it either, except hope that is doesn't happen very often and suggest any number of other options to fall back on when it does happen: Hangouts, Appear.in, or Skype for video; or just audio through, Discord(my personal favorite), Mumble, or Team Speak
