Having Trouble With Adding a Certain Character Sheet

My DM uses the D&D 5E (Shaped, Legacy) character sheet for our campaign and I've grown to be quite a fan of it. I was trying to add it to my blank campaign, but when I go to the campaign settings I don't see that character sheet. However I'm a Plus subscriber and my DM told me he had access to it when he was a Plus Subscriber. Can Anyone give me any help or guidance? 

It's been removed from the active sheet list, so it's no longer available. If you are a Pro subscriber you can get it from the github repository where it's still available. 

aww man so do I have to update to Pro to get it or can I get it still as Plus?

To run a custom sheet, you have to be a pro subscriber.
