the 'Find a Group' area ! When someone makes a post I will get from 2 to 4 notices for it !!!

If you made the post yourself, and then also followed it, you will get a notice for following the thread and because you made the thread. This is a known issue. You can unfollow the thread and you will still get a notification because you made it.
