HELP! I deleted a post when trying to hit edit

I created a post in one of my groups to hold information for everyone to reference and when i went to my phone to edit away from the computer my finger hit delete. Is there any way to get it back? There was no kind of confirmation for the deletion and I didn't mean to hit it and I really don't want to have to type everything up again
