[Turn Tracker] Initiative Macro for Custom Items

Is it possible to create a "Custom Item" like Macro to be added into the Turn Tracker? Or does it require API... For instance... Jim Bob the Cleric casts the spell "We are Awesome" which lasts for 9 turns (for Jim Bob).  Jim Bob drops a 'character sheet token' which fakes the area of the spell and then while the spell it activated he clicks the "Add To Tracker" button on the Token Action Button list.  The "Add to Tracker" button then adds "We Are Awesome" to the Turn Tracker with 9 Initiative AND a -1 Calculation.

Adding the calculation by via macro would require the API. Without it, the GM would need to go into the settings and create the item manually.

That's a little disappointing you can't drive it through an Attribute Macro or similar.
