Unable to upload new images

The files do not upload. Another user recently had this same issue and it resolved itself. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3796681/art-libr" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3796681/art-libr</a>... It appears most users aren't having that issue and so I don't believe the issue is on our end. I'm unable to replicate the problem on a Chrome 51 on Windows 10. Can you try Firefox or a different computer and see if the issue is isolated to a single browser or computer?

I tried both yesterday and today on two different machines using both Chrome and Firefox. The two computers were also on 2 different networks (home and work). I saw the referenced post resolved itself over three weeks. I'm really hoping I can figure out something in a shorter time-frame; I have several games scheduled over the next couple of weeks. I just tested your library manually and had no issues uploading an image. Do you have this problem when directly dropping a file onto the VTT to upload it that way?

Yes. I am unable to drag and drop or select the file. The issue is still occuring on both machines and using both browsers.

That's strange that it would affect both computers. Do they share something in common like an anti-virus you could try disabling? I'm not even seeing the drop event fire. From the log it doesn't look like Roll20 tried to upload the image. Something is getting in the way of it thinking an image was dropped. Does the same thing happen if you click the "Browse" button and select a file that way? Have you tried with different images to make sure it's not the image that's the culperate?
