Trying to replicate Decks with Roll Tables

I can't seem to find a way to make drawing and dealing cards macroable.  The game system I want to try uses decks of cards in place of dice for randomization and drawing the right deck will be a lot easier with macros instead of the gui. Since Roll Tables are macroable, I am looking to replicate a deck's nature of depletion (namely when you run out of cards you need to reshuffle).  Is it possible to make a roll table that removes results as they occur?  e.g. If you have 50 items in a roll table and you roll on it is it possible to have the next roll only have 49 possibilities (removing the result you got)?  If so how can you reset the table? EDIT: The only other thing I can think of is if a roll table macro can display how many times it has been clicked, once it hits the right number I could consider that "deck" shuffled.
