How do you deal with people who have no ability to work with others. Theres no reporting mechanic and i feel like people who are treating others poorly should be punished in some way.

If you are the GM then you kick them from the game. If you are a player, talk to the GM. If they are being bullies and have been performing harrassments in posts, email the devs at <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a> and supply links to the people's profiles and any link to their posts that contain the abuse.
