The Adventures of Cev Zurenko

Cev Zurenko was a simple travelling merchant with a small party of hired hands who happened upon an adventure. This is his story, as told my his iPhone. After a brawl in a pub, Cev joined with a small group of Suel and marched off on a mission to usurp the current king. While spending a rainy night in a tent, Cev and his companions were attacked by a pack of disgusting Lemures. Applauds came from atop a distant rock, where sat Gil Greatgut, some kind of devil. After inviting the party though a gate and into his person carnival realm, the magics overcame Cev and he spent the night trapped in Greatguts world and won himself a Masterwork crossbow in a game of skill.

The party travelled to an abandoned church, where they accidentally released a giant creature onto the world before disappearing into the tunnels that lead nearer to the castle where their objective lay. Tricked by Gil Greatgut, when they arrived they went down into the sewers where the drow took a dip in the poop in search of a fictional weapon. In response, the drow challenged the devil to a game of wits, lost, and went back into the poop. After that, another party member challenged Gil and sent him away. Once they got into the castle, the party donned disguises, some of bakers and a few as soldiers. Cev popped into a barrel as the party rolled him through the halls towards their objective.

Once within the away Kings quarters, Cev showed his respect to the Kings bed and expensive red robe.

After their escape, a small band of guards tracked them down and shut them down, all but one. In a heroic surprise, another less interesting party member saved the day, and Cev, as well. More to come next week.
