Watermark in purchased tiles?

Maybe this is the way things are supposed to be and this is a stupid question, but should the "Roll 20" watermark be removed from a purchased tile set? I bought a dungeon tile set under the impression that the watermark would be removed but it's still there, and preventing tiles that should have a transparent background from being used the way I believe they were intended to be. For example, there is a "torch" tile that is very small and looks as though it should be placed in a dungeon hallway, but when I drop it into the map the background of the tile is white and contains the watermark, making it impossible to place anywhere in the dungeon without looking highly bizarre to say the least. I've purchased three sets (from the same author) and this is only happening to one of them.
This sounds like a mistake on the authors part. I'm sure it'll be sorted soon enough :)

Caleb, can you tell me what images have watermarks and from which sets?
Every image in Greytale's Dungeon Blanks 1: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/50/greyt... This seems to be the only set that is giving me this problem

How are you dragging the images to the tabletop? Are you pulling them from the Art Library Manager or via the Art Library Search?

Caleb B. , Did you tag that set of images in the Art Library Manager's "Your Purchases" window? There is currently a bug where images tagged in the "Your Purchaes" window are showing up in the Art Library Manager's "Your Library" as watermarked. If this is the case you can still pull the image from the Art Library Sidebar and it wont be watermarked. Please let us know if this is what has happened. - Gauss

When I search for them in the sidebar and pull them from there the watermark is gone. Thanks a bunch!

Happy to hear it. I will add this thread to the Bug report. - Gauss
This should now be fixed as well so that if you search for them in the Library Manager it still has no watermark. Note that if you are outside the app (e.g. on the Roll20 Marketplace site) assets which do not allow downloads will still have the watermark (but that's only like 5% of the stuff we sell, so you probably won't come across much of it). Thanks!
Absolutely flabbergasted with how quickly you got on this; you have absolutely earned a new supporter!
