Problem to delete the item in my library

I add a token to my library, but seems the image was broken, but when I tried to delete the item, it shows "Failed to delete item, This item was not found", however it still stays in my library, any way to fix this?

Have you tried  clearing your cache to remove any temporary image files as it sounds like it is something of that nature due to the fact you stated it is not in your library when you are accessing it from outside the game. If this doesn't work can you provide a complete console log? Looks like the same error I reported a while ago. It is always already deleted images which show up as broken but aren't really there anymore. They are gone from recent images but still show in custom folders.&nbsp;
