Map Viewing Trouble

I am currently testing different aspects of the Storm King's Thunder and have encountered a problem where the players can not see the maps at all. As a GM the view is fine but when a player or I (as a player) load in the screen is black. A few days ago the Nightstone map worked fine for players and GM alike but now this map is also black for players. I do not currently have fog of war enable for the maps. Computer Settings: Browser: Firefox 49.0 Operating Sys: Windows NT 10 Javascript: Enabled Antivirus: Currently Disabled Browser Addons: Currently Disabled Edit: Here are 2 screenshots that show the gm view and player view.
Do you have Dynamic lighting enabled? If so, you need to have a token, with vision set up, assigned to you when you log in as player.
My dynamic lighting is enabled. I have a token that is sort of visible above the N on the visible map in my screenshots that is controllable by everyone. The token also emits light (40 with dim starting at 20) and has the "has sight" box checked.

If you ctrl+L with that token selected is the vision fine for you? Looking on the dynamic lighting level for that map, there is no solid black box there or anything that would cause problems?  As I see a load of tokens there, so just want to confirm that the area isn't used as a DM only space to arrange your stuff.  I don't have Storm Kings Thunder to check, been tempted by it, but was never a huge fan of giants to start with...

Hi Blake, To double check with you on something - do you happen to have Fog of War enabled on the Nightstone page. Enabling that will make the entire screen black for all your players until you go in and uncover the areas manually with the Fog of War drawing tools..
I have checked the dynamic lighting layer and there is fine, no black boxes just red and green lines to block line of sight. The "Fog of War" button is currently unchecked. I have taken some new screen shots that hopefully help. The first is my settings for the black map and the second is the line of sight from the gm perspective, player perspective is still just a black map. Screenshots
Tokens are assigned to characters and players have control over characters so that all players have one token that represents them?  Or is that done by default? Is the issue only present on that one map or all maps in your game? For all players? Had a few random hiccups myself lately but most was improper token duplication over multiple map screens that was eventually resolved, I'd imagine most of this is already done for you with Strom King's Thunder, but just trying to help.
I appreciate the help you all are giving me. The token in the second set of screenshots (the one used for LoS) is the only "player" token I have. I created it just to see everything as a player might, it is the only self made token for the entire campaign. This issue seems to be happening on most maps, including those that have "Global Illumination" checked.
