Unable to move anything in lower half of screen

Hi there! I have a small issue where if I or my players move any object (including map lines/objects/buildings) part way down the grid (I have no form of measurement. It seems like a solid 10 sqaures/grid down and then it's no man's land), it's lost and cannot be retrieved. However, I can still select the object and stretch it back into a 'safe zone' where we can move our items again.  It's just really bothersome because it's a pretty big portion of the map.

For information to help with this, Vidia, what is the Page size in units?
Hi there! We've experimented with 25x25 and 100x100 but approximately half way down the initial 25x25, items (ma, object/token, GM notes) are lost. I tried using a new campaign and found the same issue. I feel a little silly. Haha! If you prefer, I can record a brief video to show the issue? If so, I'll have the video uploaded by tomorrow.

This might have something to do with one of the oldest persistent bugs we've dealt with on the platform. That being, when you're zoomed out to see the outside border of the canvas, it will add more rows of grid units to the bottom or to the right side of the canvas. So technically, when zoomed out on a 25 x 25 page, you are suddenly seeing a 35 x 25 page as the bottom of the page extends to the bottom of the screen. The additional grid units don't actually exist, but you can drag content over onto it when it's displayed, which effectively moves the object off the page entirely and prevents you from accessing it again without having to pull the resize tricks you've had to do previously to get it back on the page again. The current work-around is using a background image that fills your exact page size. So when you zoom out, it's obvious when you're looking at parts of the page that are basically "badlands" territory when it flows past the backdrop image. Not an ideal work-around, but it'll help you avoid getting your objects lost while we try to fix that issue. Edit: That being said, we've done quite a lot to nail this sucker of an issue down. Are you having this issue with every campaign you use?
Hi! I apologize for my delay in reply. I'd been away on some serious computer/internet issues.  To answer your latter question; Yes! I've attempted making a new campaign to see if I could recreate the issue for better report.  I've also attempted changing the grid size but it didn't seem to change too much of the issue but perhaps, with your work-around we can do something about it with our game currently going.  Thanks so much for your tips and tricks! Thanks so much also, for your hard work and I look forward to using this platform for many worlds to come :D

Let me know if you're still having issues after some experimenting. I'll leave this thread open.
I've found a different fix! If anyone else seems to have the same issues I have, maybe you can tell them this?  My friends and I decided to turn the grid off. Poof, no matter zoomed out or not, we could move most of our tokens. It's a 80% success rate! :D  Thanks again for helping us out with the solution of zooming in to move our tokens! It helped a whole butt load! STAY AWESOME!
