Player's account seems to have vanished.

One of the players in my campaign couldn't log in. When trying to reset his password to get in, it tells him he doesn't have an account. He has tried every email address he has (though he's quite certain of which one he signed up with). If I go to the View Details for my campaign, he is still listed as a player with 3 achievements and time played and so on. Can you help? Not sure where to go after this. He's tried on Chrome and Safari to no avail. He's using a Mac with OS 10.6.8.

A MAC needs to use Safari. Did he log out or clear his cache? It sounds like he created his account with a misspelled email. That would mean that using any of his correct emails, it would say no account probably. A mod or dev will be along to help more.
I created a new account recently, after my previous one went missing. It had been idle for some time, so I didn't think much of it till now.

To clarify, A Mac user can run Roll20 in Chrome or Firefox if they wish. The forced browser requirements only come into play if you're running a game on a tablet . For instance: Android tablets must run Roll20 in Chrome and iPads must run it in Safari.
