In Firefox and Chrome the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-0 will reset the zoom level to default (100%). Could you please try out Ctrl-0 and let us know if it helps?

I just came across this problem as well and added a post in the bugs forum. FYI the fix for this on a mac is Command-0 not ctrl and it fixed the misalignment for me.
