Character sheets not retaining information

So my group plays Pokemon Tabletop United using the associated sheet. They have difficulties with the sheet because any time they update the sheet, add experience or what have you. It disappears and my players are understandably frustrated.  edit: Sorry didn't finish my thought. what would the cause of this be and is there something i can do to make my players happy.

Yeah, that'd frustrate anyone. :/ Could you please ask everyone affected to carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Have each player submit a a report, and we'll see if we can determine what is going on, if it gets to step 4. Thank you!

I'll give this a try and ask my wife what she thinks. I have noticed it seems to happen to all of them and have read about this being a problem. I'll give it a look when this comes up on friday.
