Our group can't login to Dev server right now...

Is there some issue? Our logins aren't working just for Dev, Main seems to be working fine.
Error Message: No account was found with that email or password. Only the people who were logged in from 25 minutes ago can get in. Anyone who logs out and back in gets the error message above.
Our group currently can't get in either. Same error.
Yes, we've been playing over 1 1/2 hours on Production backup server. :/

Just got a notice from the Devs that I'm reposting here: Sometimes folks are having issues logging into Dev. Aside from right after an update (when things are breaking and I'm fixing them), what's usually happening is there is an Account Refresh occurring. Dev pulls its account information from Main, and so every 2 hours we flush the Dev accounts table and load a snapshot of the data from the Main server. During this time, the Dev server may not let you login, and if you're outside of a game (e.g. the campaign details page), it may act like you aren't logged in at all (even though you are). This usually takes between 2 - 5 minutes to complete. It happens every 2 hours on the hour. So basically if this happens to you, just wait about 3 minutes and then reload and it should be fixed. Again, if you are already in a game, you will not be affected by this. It only affects you if you are outside of a game browsing on the Dev Server. We're working to mitigate this, but right now it's the only way to keep Dev in sync with Main.

Our AD&D group is having problems right now, trying to log-in to our game on the DEV server. Even the DM says he is getting the "Brave adventurer" error message. Any tips? Is it down for others?

I can't login to the dev server right now.

Hi! After 3 hours of trying he couldn't get it and he was unwilling to clear the cookies and cache. Any other solution? This was very disruptive and he could not join us yesterday. Peter

If it's not simply the problem of trying to log in to the dev server during the update process, the other fix we've had the most luck with is clearing cookies and cache. Also, if the player having the problem could post here again, it's generally easier to troubleshoot things by speaking with the individual having issues. Just a few questions maybe he could answer: Was he able to log in, but not able to get into the game, or was he not able to log in to the dev server at all? What browser is he using and did he try logging in with any others (Chrome and Firefox are generally the ones that work best)? And lastly, could you have him go to <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> and post the results here ( without the IP address, please).
Hi! The poster in question is not computer savvy and we were remote logging in to see his issues. So we're the ones whom have to respond to your questions. He can login into his account and join games as long as the host is not using the developer server. It says it cannot recognize his e-mail or account when trying to join the game when on the developer server. We tried logging in with several browsers (Internet explorer, firefox and chrome) all failed to login into the developer server even though he could log into his account and joinn games hosted on the regular server. What details would you like to be sent to the link given in your post? Peter

I would like all the details from the link I gave except for his IP address. They don't get sent to the link. Just copy and paste them here (removing the IP address). I do have another question, though: Has he been able to log in to the dev server in the past or was this his first time trying? Also, are you trying to run a session through google hangouts or just through the roll20 site?

Hi! Yes, he logged in and out several times. It seems to recognize his account login and password on the main server. Problem is that the dev server gives him the error that it doesn't recognize his e-mail or password and thus he cannot connect. He also restarted the computer as well as used several different browsers and also different computers, all to the same effect, no connection to dev server. I'm guessing something is wrong with his account parameters and their ability to be recognized by the dev server. The other 4 people connecting to me had no such issues. Only his account seems to have the issue. In case it matters, he is the only one of the group whom has never connected to me before (the others had when my account wasn't mentor level). This was his first time connecting to me as a mentor level subscriber. He never connected to me on the regular server. Peter

What's the email address (or alternatively, account ID) of the person with the issue? I'll take a look at our Dev Server login database.

hi this is cliff the one with the problem i have had my best friend Billy Compton try to help me connect that night and we had no luck maybe you all can help i have not had problem connecting to billy to play but i never have been on the dev server so not sure what problem is thanks cliff

Hi. We can't log in to DEV server game right now (Roll20 status pingdom report says it is down for 22m so far), and the DM says he's gonna cancel this week's session if we can't log in by 10:00 PM. (Errr that's in 15 minutes, regardless of your time zone). Here's hoping it comes back online with a Haste spell!

UPDATE: Some of us got in! So DEV server is back online. Buuuuut.... one player are reporting the same as what Peter described. One of our players keep getting the "Login" page, so far, even when they type in their email-password. Told one of em to clear his cache and it didn't help. Looking for other ideas he can try?

Jonathan, there seems to have been some kind of hiccup with the server, Moderator Gauss experienced the same issue, but it seems to have passed. Are you able to log in now?
