Handouts and 'Drop a file' not working for .pdf?

Hi everyone. I have been making handouts for a game I am going to run with friends. I have always previously been able to drag and drop a .pdf into the box and would be asked to select a page to upload. However this has stopped working since I last tried this a couple of days ago. I am able to upload images this way as a handout. But .pdf files no longer wish to be dragged into the box. I have tried this on two different computers using both Chrome and Firefox, with the same result. Essentially the load bar shows up in the drag and drop box but it does not start downloading the file. I have space in my storage allowance too. Only used 3MB up so far as I just cleaned out old stuff I no longer need. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi IronWolf. What is the file-size of that PDF? You might hit the max-size for a single asset (5MB per asset on Free Account, 10MB on subscribers). Could you try again with a different PDF or one that you know worked before? If this does not resolve it, write back and we will provide the usual Troubleshooting steps to diagnose this.

I tried it just a moment ago with a pdf and it loaded fine in my test game. If you have any extensions try disabling them after trying what Gold said.

I have tried a different .pdf and they work ok so I guess it might be an issue with this .pdf and copy protection maybe? Specifically, it is Apocalypse World 2nd edition. My 1st edition books work ok though. I must have used one of those by accident last time when I was testing stuff with handouts. And yeah the file size is ok. They are only 5MB at most as a whole .pdf. I just screen clipped the pages I want and dropped them in as image files instead. Thanks for the reply guys. :)
