Hey - I emailed support on 12/11 and no reponse yet - so trying here. My issue is that i tried to upgrade to plus account, I successfully managed to put the $5 onto my account (took several attempts) but it won't upgrade the subscription lvl, even though the funds are there, just get, "There was a problem creating your subscription. Your card has not been charged. Please try again or contact support ." - I've
tried on firefox with paypal and a card and on chrome, in both browsers
with and without 3rd party cookies enabled (i know having them disabled sometimes causes problems) to no avail. I previously had a plus account until a couple weeks ago that someone gave me some credit for, and i now have 150/100MB quota so can't upload anything until i get the subscription (don't really wanna delete a 3rd of my stuff).
