Preventing tokens that emit light from viewing the whole map

Hello everyone! Is there anyway to prevent someone from taking a token they control that emits light from dragging it around the map to see everything? There's fog of war, but if a player is off solo that doesn't work. I could limit all tokens that emit light to be GM controlled, but that doesn't help with darkvision characters. I would feel better if the light didn't move until the character released their token, because then at least players could be held accountable, but I have no idea how to go about that. As it stands now, the only thing that can bound characters from seeing the whole map is fog of war and lighting walls, and they are entirely on their honor not to do so. I'd strongly like to remove or lessen that temptation. Thank you very much!

On the page's dynamic lighting settings, toggle "only update on drop" on. This, in combination with the restrict movement checkbox, will prevent this behavior.
I don't know how I complete missed that! Thank you so much!
