Cant see chractor images, monster images or any of the maps (players perspective)

When ever i log into my DMs game i cant see any of the maps or any of my fellow players chractor images or any of the monster imges, i have tried installing and deleting a bunch of diffrerent things and still nothing. Also when dynamic lightng is turned on, the screen is block, when its turned off the screen is white. Also that i can see text and drawings placed onto the map, also the screen is brown when fog of war is used. Cleared the cache reinstalled jave and flash turned off the antiviurs disabled all extensions and addons tried firefox and chrome s3.amazonaws.com:443 uses an invalid security certificate. Connor, just a quick question or few to be sure I'm understanding you. You are logging in to your game that you are the GM to? or you are logging in to your game that you are a player? If it is as the GM (and you are promoted or created the game, we can start the Troubleshooting procedure). If it is as a player then you need to ask the GM if they have the fog of war or dynamic lighting enabled. If it is fog of war then it will be black until the GM reveals a section. If it is dynamic lighting, the GM will have to setup the appropiate tokens for you to use (enable sight or emit light).

I still have the problem when dynamic lighting is on or off i still can not see. in regaurds to waiting for the GM to revealing the different sections, the GM has already revealed some parts of the map and as i said before all i can see is brown (these are the parts of the map which are revealed)
