[Request] A way to turn off/disable/automatically delete drawings

Hello, id like to figure out a way to either prohibit the drawing tool or delete all non-GM drawings immediately after they happen, preferrably with a on/off toggle so I can allow drawings when necessary. Does this seem like something that would be possible?
