Roll20 GM mode can't use

Tried using Roll20 today as a GM but it won't let me do anything. The buttons are disabled so I can't add tokens or maps. I can play music and control the settings on the tabs in the chat but I can't do anything else as a GM. Yes I created the room. Yes I checked I am GM. I clicked join as a player then back to join as GM and the same thing happened. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
