Randomly Igniting Squares

Okay so I have a monster that ignites all 8 squares around him and the 1 under him randomly. I want to make a macro that will, I guess, roll a 1d9 and depending on that roll; state which square is ignited. For example if it rolls a 3 it would say "(Monster) ingites the top right square near it" or something to that effect. I'm generally new to macroing on Roll20, but I am not new to simple programming, So I just need some ideas on how I can go about doing stuff like this and i'll be good to go.
