For instance. If i have a image of a cave entrance and i dont want my players to be able to scroll up past the image to see the original grey background of a page. How can i lock the screen so they cant scroll out of the image?
You can't; with or without the API. Best you can do with a free account is to fog of war block the part you don't want seen. With plus or pro sub, you can do the same with DL.
I always have Fog of War turned on in my games. Then I reveal the battle maps on the page as we get to them. I've got no complaints so far from players.
