The problem is appearing for all users of the pathfinder sheet presently, a fix has been submitted to the Roll20 team, so hopefully a fix will be incoming shortly.

I hope it is soon. I have about 5 pathfinder sheets. These pathfinder sheets have been nothing but problems every time they update. As a DM, I have stopped DMing Pathfinder out of frustration.
