Problem with maps

Hi  Looking for assistance, I'm new to roll20 - I looked through the tutorial and created a game for my players -  I used the free tokens and map pieces which they have been able to see, I since created/uploaded maps but my players couldn't see any of these, I received a gift of the Lost mines of Phandelver module and players can't see those maps either - what am I missing/doing wrong?

A few questions: What do your players see? (You might check by entering Player View Mode .) Is Fog of War active on the Page that the Player Bookmark is currently on? Are you placing the maps on the Page that the Player Bookmark is currently on? Are you placing the maps on the GM Info Layer?
