The Breaking of Fostor Nagar, Part 9. Escape.

For some reason, whatever I attempt to do, this map seems to be pitch black for my players. I've tried activating fog of war, revealing the entire map, then resetting the FoW. Deleted the dynamic lighting entirely. Created an entirely new campaign with the module. Nothing seems to help, and it seems to be the only map that has the issue in the entire module. Possibly a bug? I don't know, but at this point I'm submitting the bug report. I've DM'd the module several times before, without issue, so it's something new that's happening. I'm using Windows 7 pro, 64 bit, with Google Chrome version 55.0.2883.87 and Flash version 24.0.-1. I've had one of my friends attempt to look at the map with Firefox version 50.1.0 as well, seeing the same thing.

hmm.. I just tried to duplicate your issue.  I created a fresh copy of the game module, invited my test account to it.  I dropped in a token, made it represent Artisen, put my test player in the Can Be Edited & Controlled by box, setup the token to have sight, all players see light, 60/30 vision. On the test account, the the token now sees the map: Similarly, selecting the token and using ctrl-L shows me what they token should see. Can you check those settings on your token?
It works, however not as I want it to. I usually use the hide/reveal function of the map, so the party can keep track of where they've been, and the GM layer in case something is sneaking around in there. But I will toy around a bit with these settings, so thank you very much for the response!

No worries!  Happy Rolling!
I'm proud to announce that I have figured out what made the error appear. It seems that, as explained in the PDF, dynamic lighting is enabled. That's all good. The map was created for it, after all.  BUT, the last time I ran a group through, I wasn't a Pro member, so it couldn't use the feature. Now that I'm a Pro, it has apparently enabled it, but without the Global Illumination setting enabled.  So I've simply disabled the dynamic lighting entirely, which has fixed the problem. Thank you very much for helping me, Aaron. We learn something new everyday! May the dice roll 20!

Ah, good deal.  Yeah, you'd have to add light to the tokens so they can see in the dark. =D
