Dynamic Lighting not working!

Greetings! I have recently been making an overworld map for one of my campaigns and I've come across a problem with Dynamic Lighting! As I enable dynamic lighting, the map just stays the same, no matter what I do. As far as I know, the map should become a darker shade ( depending on opacity, of course ) once you enable it, but for me it just stays the same. However, I did try to connect to the game with another computer ( using the same account and tokens) and the dynamic lighting shows perfectly there! I've compared the settings of the two computers, both within Roll20 and on Google Chrome and nothing is different between the two. I've been experimenting, trying to figure out what is wrong, but I can't for the life of me figure it out. So here I am! EDIT: The special effects doesn't work either. Thanks!

If you use Chrome browser, they recently changed how they handle Javascript, which is what the Dynamic Lighting uses. Please make sure you have hardware acceleration enabled in Chrome, and post back with the results.
I just tried to enable Dynamic Lighting too. And it doesn't work for me either. The entire map is visible to players. I have Hardware Acceleration enabled in Chrome.
Doesn't want to work for me either, have tried turning DL on/off, Hardware Acc on/off without any change! Worked fine a few weeks ago??
Just checked MS Edge (urgh!) and it works fine in there, shows the lighting effects and characters have sight limitations as they should. Looks like it's something to do with Chrome - anyone got any ideas??

Hello everyone. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Most of you have already done the first 3 steps but give it a complete run through to be sure everything is covered. Step 4 is very important for discovering any possible clues Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) and post it in your own individual threads with all the above information . Thank you!
Hey folks! Enabling hardware acceleration fixed all my problems! You'd think that would be enabled automatically. Oh well! Thank all of y'all for your answers, and for those still seeking answers, good luck!
