After a session, you can go back and look at the chat archive on its own page. Do whispered messages get shown here? Do they just get shown to the people who saw them in the game, or can everyone see them?

Whispers are shown to the people who were involved in the whispering.  They can be hidden with a button in the top right.  I don't know who can see whispers to characters, but I assume it is based on who currently controls the character.

IIRC only whispers to/from the gm are saved in the chat archive,w hispers between players are not
