Special characters break LFG search

I have noticed that using special characters like "ë" and any Japanese characters breaks the LFG search returning either a blank screen or an error about incompatible encoding.

My apologies for the delay on my response to this. This past week I was in the process of completely restructuring our bug ticket system to be, hopefully, more orderly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Brother Sharp. I've added this to our ticket for LFG search issues.
