Very simple mechanics. 15 point buy. 2 (technically 4) stats: Axe and Not Axe Points allocated to Axe become red points, and points allocated to Not Axe become blue points. To roll dice, you spend a point from the appropriate pool to roll/upgrade your die. The spent point goes to the opposite point pool, but stays the same color (IE: a red axe point becomes a red not axe point.) When rolling, if you start with 1 point of the "Right" color (red for axe, blue for not axe) starts you off with a d6. you may spend any color point from the same pool to upgrade your die to d8, d10, d12, d12+d4, d12+d6, d12+d8, 2d12... etc. Starting with a "Wrong" color point (blue for axe, red for not axe) starts the die as a d4, but otherwise, the rules remain unchanged. there is also glory points. which, other than being a tracked value, have no impact on the game. They function as victory points. So, ideally, the sheet would have 8 parts: A freeform text box called Vigor Red Axes Blue Axes Red Not-Axes Blue Not-Axes Glory A macro button with a prompt to ask how many of each point spent, roll the die, then subtract the appropriate points.  A button to completely reset the sheet.
