Dynamic lighting problems

Hey Roll 20, I have a problem. My GM has dynamic lighting on and I can't get it to work. If I adjust my screen size the dynamic lighting will activate for that instance and for that instance only. I have the ability to move that dynamic lighting around by moving the map. It ignores all boundaries but it will not adjust to my specific view. If I reload Roll 20 I no longer have any dynamic lighting and that stays until I adjust my window size while in Roll 20. I am just wondering how we can fix the issue. I am not on the GM layer, I am on the player layer, I am using google chrome. let me know if i need to add any additional information. Thanks!

Chrome recently changed how Hardware Acceleration runs in the browser (within the past couple weeks). We have reports that for some users, if they had this browser feature enabled(or disabled) in the past, once the update happened, it caused issues with how DL was processing. Please  check and see if toggling this fixes the issue. How to turn on/off hardware acceleration in Chrome Step 1 . Open Google Chrome and click the three horizontal lines icon to the far right of the address bar. Now choose Settings. Step 2 . At the bottom of the page click on 'Show advanced settings…' Step 3 . Scroll down the page again until you find the System heading, below which is an option to 'Use hardware acceleration when available'. Click on this box to turn on/off hardware acceleration. Step 4 . Having altered this setting you'll see a link pop up beside the option advising that Chrome requires a restart. Tap restart on this link to restart Chrome with or without hardware acceleration. If this doesn't fix your issue, move on to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
