Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
So iv'e downloaded an older version of chrome, because it would crash my pc in the newest, and won't load in firefox, but now when i try to join a game, it just loads forever.

Can you please confirm that you've tried temporarily disabling all of your anti-virus programs while testing? Could you also please additionally post a Console Log in Firefox? When you've done that, please help us by completing Step 4 . We still need: Your computer's settings (A good place to find this info if you don't know it is Support Details ):
Browser Versions Operating System
If Javascript is enabled
Your anti-virus software
List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabled
You can optionally include screenshots by using the "Attach a File" link when submitting a post.
Thanks!
I don't know if the images load, but one is fire fox's console log the other is the browser version of chrome, operating system, java script enabled. My anti virus is McAfee, and none of my browser add-ons are active on this domain.
