I'm here to ask for some improvement in the D&D 4E sheet. The way we have it now is really slow and painful to build a character, also it's trully hard for newcomers and people not so good with macros, so much to scare them from the edition. Not enough, it poorly supports NPC and makes DM life harder. The Power section of the sheet is the main issue, requiring hours to add and test even 5 powers (and someone to tell you how to do it). The others sections, even though aren't the best, can be dealt with.
