Rolls using sheet roll templates do not show in chat archive for one campaign

Hi Roll20 developers! I'm having trouble figuring out why all rolls using roll templates have been showing a severe malfunction in the chat archive. More specifically, I noticed them partially loading one day. But today? Now none of the rolls show up. I used to be able to see the rolls that were done with roll templates before. Create a new game 2. Choose the character template 5th Edition (OGL by Roll20) 3. Create a few test characters 4. Try varying combinations of rolls until it fills the log by a good amount ----- Operating System: X11 Linux x86_64 Browser: Firefox 51.0 or Chromium 56.0.2924.87 ----- Screenshot of the problem

A game's Creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by clearing the Chat Archive (note: not clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it. If this doesn't resolve your issue, post back and we can try some additional steps! Thanks. :D

Thanks. :D How does one back up the chat archive though? With the amount of story that's happened in the campaign, clearing the chat archive is pretty much not an option. Furthermore, if the copy of the game exhibits the same issues, then I can't go back and address things like persuasion rolls, which hit criticaled one of the NPCs, etc.

In game, scroll to the top of your chat. There should be a button to view your full chat log. Once there, print the page as a PDF. For instructions on how to do that, see&nbsp; How to Print to PDF . Another option would be to&nbsp; copy your game then attempt the fix on your copy.&nbsp;

The roll templates showed up again, although some have a bit of distortion. This most notably happens with attack rolls and skill checks for certain characters (where the dice roll doesn't show).

If clearing the chat archive doesn't resolve your issue, could you please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
