4e critical strike/threat range on power cards

Hello, I once had been given, in passing, an explanation how to code powercards to use Critical Strike when it's available to a character that rolls a 19 or a 20, or to have it automatically roll -only- 20's, but I seem to have lost the files I saved this info in, and can't find it again, how would I go about including it into my power cards to activate critical rolling on a 19 as well as a 20? And additionally, how would I go about making the powercards -only- roll natural 20's? Edit: Oh, uhm, I figure an idea of the template I use to code my power cards might be useful, right? &{template:dnd4epower} {{atwill=1 }} {{emote= (I like writing my own custom emotes, not including it here) }} {{name=Melee Basic Attack }} {{level= Jagged Longsword +4 }} {{type= At-Will }} {{keywords= ✦ Weapon }} {{action=Standard }} {{range=Melee Weapon }} {{target=One Creature }} {{attack=[[1d20+23 [intelligence] ]] vs. **AC** }} {{damage=[[1d8+14 [intelligence] ]] }} {{critical=[[8+14+2d8 [intelligence] ]] damage. }} {{**Additional effects:**}} {{**strikebacks:** +1 item bonus to attack rolls to opportunity attacks. }} {{ **Bracers of Striking:**When you hit with a melee basic attack, you gain a +2 item bonus to the damage roll. }} how would I go about including the fact that my power card should roll critical hit damage on a 19 as well as a 20? I've checked the forums over several times trying to find the information, but I can't seem to find it anywhere -_-;
if you add cs>19 after a d20 roll it will turn green on a 19 or 20
